The E-Myth Revisited by Michael E. Gerber focuses on three key ideas every small business owner should know: working on your business instead of in it, creating standardized systems, and balancing your roles as an entrepreneur, manager, and technician. The insights are practical, but the book could have been much shorter if the author cut down on the fictional stories, which felt unnecessary at times. Overall, it’s a decent read for anyone looking to streamline their business and make it more scalable.
